Phallosan Forte(No tracking number sent)

Hey guys, would anyone happen to have a good contact at Phallosan? I've emailed and called several times with no response, about when I'd be receiving a tracking number. I recently purchased the device on 2/26/2018, and had the status of my order go to PAID on the same day. Does anyone know how long it takes them to ship to the NYC area, or have a good contact within Phallosan? I have my order number as well.

Did you order from MoS Shop or elsewhere?
To my best recall shipping of the Phallosan can take a while, depending from where it is ordered. (Even when ordered from the official site the delivery can take a while.)

I ordered from the official site, are we talking about a couple of weeks here? Because they said on the site at the most it would take is 2-3 days.

I'm sorry about the inconvenience, it seems (regarding quick Google search) that they've had some shipping issues to the States. I would suspect delivery within couple of weeks, yes. To Europe that 2-3 days might be possible.
Shame that they haven't replied to your contacts! If you did use PayPal you could try to get a discount or something due to poor communication via dispute.

If it was not purchased here you’ll need to go to them directly to find this out. We can only give us help in tracking and other private issues with the tool was ordered here. They are a good company so just go by the protocol given to you above by Ark and you should get everything resolved.
