Phallosan and foreskin

Hi

I've tried to Google this but I can't seem to find an official answer. Anyway, do I have to retract my foreskin before wearing the device or will it work just as well if I wear it without retracting my foreskin? I obviously prefer the latter as it's more comfortable, but I don't want it to affect my gains.

I believe you have to retract your skin...do you notice a difference in intensity of stretch with the skin pulled back or not pulled back? That will give you your best answer. I would think if you dont pull the skin back you will get more skin stretch.
