i have never managed to gain girth so i think if everything else fails i try this
the reason why i couldnt gain girth is because i could never go long enough with a routine due to pied
now i am doing ulis but i dont feel like i am doing enough
if i jelq i get signs of overtraining even if i do low reps and this has not happened prior to pied

the problem is i think if i only do some ulis everyday i wont gain because i already did heavy stuff like hanging, bundled stretches and so on ...
