penis sensitivity

Hi,
I've been practicing techniques to delay ejaculation.

It is well known that the head of the penis is the area that has the most sensitivity in the penis,
when I practice some of the techniques, like masturbating, i last a lot longer if I don't touch the top of the head,
but as soon as I start touching it, I start to reach the point of ejaculation a lot quicker,


Is there a way that I can reduce that sensitivity in the head of the penis?

You may not be able to reduce the "sensitivity", but you can certainly increase your ejaculatory threshold. The end result will be a delayed ejaculation response. I suggest doing the "Stop and Start" exercise.

To perform the "Stop and Start", simply start by masturbating or if you are using a partner, begin having sex- an important note if you are using a partner- you must remain in full control while doing this exercise.

If your partner begins to move or tighten themselves up in any way, it will interfere with your concentration.

Proceed up until the point right before you ejaculate, THEN STOP! Rest a bit until you feel you are starting to lose your erection then proceed to start and stop two more times. AFTER the third time, you may ejaculate if you wish.

What you are doing with this exercise is building up endurance. As time goes by, your first sensation of ejaculation should take longer to achieve. It's important to try to practice this exercise everyday if you are having problems with premature ejaculation.

Explain to your girl that you now have a medical reason for having sex everyday. :)
 
Benzocaine it is used in some condoms to help you last longer... also it is used in Anbesol (used for teeth pain)
i tried the lifestyles endurance condoms and they seemed to work but they don't seem to fit properly for me but i am sure if you used anbesol (just a tiny little amount and mixed it with a small amount of lube you could cover the head) i have not tried this so i don't know how much would be ok.. but i think you would have to use a condom or else your girl is going to go a little numb.

practicing this with my girl or masturbating,
if I do it fast, I start to reach the point of ejaculation quicker,
but, if I do it slow, i last longer.
so,
how should i do this exercise, slow or fast?

you can do it both ways slow and fast, think about it as "big al" your building endurance so you last longer, so u do it fast slow medium so u get used to them all then soon you will last like a adult entertainment star as so they say

once you reach a time, where you are lasting as long as you want,
that endurance that you have achieved will last for how long(days, weeks)?

in other words:

do you have to still do this everyday?
or
now can you do it every 3 days, or something like that?

Once you reach your goals, you can discontinue this particular exercise.
 
have some of you guys have tried this while singing?

i did it with some music, and found that i lasted longer,
maybe is something to do with the breathing?
