I know how hard it is to balance a diet, and get it to work, especially if we want to limit the budget then it's really tricky. When I first started my 20:4 diet, I thought I would not be able to handle it. But it worked out just fine.

I'm not sure about the calories. I do not count myself.
14 hardboiled eggs comes out to 1085 calories.
It really doesn't matter if you hardboil or cook them on the stove. Just a preference.
If you cook them on the stove you're able to add other things to them like cheese and sausage

Veggies are good for you. Fibres are important as well. I don't eat alot of vegetables, but some. But I take daily a Multivitamin to compensate.Now that I know that veggies are low in calories, I won't bother taking them. I will just work my way around consuming beef more often.

I have the same problem. But there are ways to make cheap meals. Like pea soup with some meat in it, and meals of that nuture. Food do not need to be expensive if one is smart about it.Okay I get that. I will keep troubleshooting my diet until I fix it. I have multivitamin tablets too but I've not taken any of these for some time. Maybe I will take one tonight cause I'm short on cash to really fix my diet instantly. I have to make use of what I have until the end of the month.

I have been lazy with my food..I think I have eaten the same food for several months now, and I only eat once per day to save money.
I should be more creative with my food. But when you live alone it doesn’t matter how the food tastes like. I like cooking food, but not for myself. I just eat to get energy in my body. People would probably think I'm insane if they saw me eating the same food day after day.
