I too don't have a credit card (Visa) and don't want to pay for shipping, but I did. If you want some quality product you'll have to order from a place where lots of people can confidently recommend. I don't have a credit card, only Visa Electron. I've been able to connect that nice and easy to Paypal.
There's also virtual Mastercard etc., services which can be loaded up with Electron or other debit card.

Surely this can vary by a country, I understand that.
