Good morning everyone.
My goal is to add first lenght (1 inch primary goal) to my penis and then maybe work with girth.
My starting measurements: BPEL 6.5'' (16.5 cm) EG 5.1 (13 cm).
I am doing the DLD NEWBIE ROUTINE once a day since 3 weeks:

- Bundled Stretches 5m.
3x each stretch
Behind The Cheeks to the Left: 30-seconds
Behind The Cheeks to the Center: 30-seconds
Behind The Cheeks to the Right: 30-seconds

Straight Down to the Left: 30-seconds
Straight Down to the Center: 30-seconds
Straight Down to the Right: 30-seconds
Straight Down Rotary Stretches : 25-Cranks

Straight Out to the Left: 30-seconds
Straight Out to the Center: 30-seconds
Straight Out to the Right: 30-seconds
Straight Out Rotary Stretches : 25-Cranks

Straight Up to the Left: 30-seconds
Straight Up to the Center: 30-seconds
Straight Up to the Right: 30-seconds
Straight Up Rotary Stretches : 25-Cranks

No days off.

At week 2 I noticed an increase in size in faccid state.
I will meausure at week 4.
 
Hey @criprimieri how are you doing? Looks like a good start for sure! Besides the routine I would look into uncle Jim's wrapping method or a silicone sleeve for elongated healing throughout the day. Every so often during the day take your wrap off do a free BTC stretches and maybe some bundled then wrap it back up for a few more hours and repeat.

Awesome routine are you strictly going for length? Let me know because I have some advice I would like to add.
 
Maybe you did nothing wrong! Sometimes it just takes time for gains to really show. If you're getting temporary expansion and feeling more fullness / higher blood flow / other Positive Indicators, then keep at it.

I'm sure certain pioneers will check your routine throughly and give pointers!

Have you measured your Stretched Flaccid Length? Sometimes erect gains come after flaccid gains.
And how is your Erection Quality, did you measure the same way both times and with relatively same mindset, as in you were feeling good and so on.

Hello ark, previous the today measumerent I noticed at glance my penis being slightly bigger, so I was almost sure I gained something. However it looks fuller. Nothing changed on my EQ. I always had a powerful erection.
My flaccid state is often bigger than baseline. Now I don't know if I should go throught 2 workouts per day.
 
I would keep at your routines, but that's just my viewpoint. You could go for more, perhaps, if there isn't much fatigue going on.
I don't believe too much in "no pain, no gain", but certain discomfort can occur while growing.

Letting others chime in for now. Keep on training, don't let this measurement discourage you! I've been doing certain exercises for a longer time and I don't intend to give up any time soon, even if at times I feel that gains are so far away.
 
You will gain, often gains are happening but they dont show up in the physical until the right criteria are met, such as healing has taken place.

I would increase them from 30 seconds to 60 seconds each, so effectively doubling the time but you must use high intensity. Its always difficult to guide someone [for me] with manual exercises, as we dont have a gauge of intensity like with hanging you have x amount of weight period, and that represents the force.

Use a high force, dont go for pain, but you need intensity. Don't be afraid to stretch hard, because your penis will not break off. It has x3 ligaments, one at the root inside the body, the suspensory ligament in and around the pubic area, and one that attaches the head to the shaft, alas you cannot tear the head off the shaft either.

If you didn't fancy going with more time, think about adding DLD blasters [A stretch] and you can use the lengthmaster or power assist to get into that for more control.

Bundled stretches are another option to throw in.

This ALWAYS indicates growth before it crosses over into the erect, and dont let anyone tell you different ... its been proven do many times by guys not just like DLD who is the King of PE in my eyes, but many others like myself, Stillwantmore, Huge_Girth, Supra, Kingsnake .... they all noticed growth in the FSL before it transpired to occur in the erect state.

best advice ever. If I didnt measure BPFSL I would never have made any gains would have had no way to gauge progress!
 
After one month you probably have gained but you would not know this unless you took a flaccid stretched bone pressed measurements before you started. After a month the only place you’re really going to see growth is in this measurement. So I would say you didn’t make gains but they have not become erect gains yet. If you want to stretch twice a day I think that smart as that’s what I did and I made great progress in my first six months.
 
Today during the routine I increased stretching time from 30s to 45s, that define a workout of around 30m.
I always stretch at maximum, I'm able to feel a nice-tingly stretch.
Let's see what happens with another month of this daily.
Should I measure FS bone pressed after the routine or away from it?
 
you want to check flaccid stretched bone pressed measurement once per week to be sure that your length program is working. This is not an official measurement it’s only a measurement to check and make sure that you’re not wasting time. Official measurements should be done once every three months. And in addition to this girth should be measured after every session to be sure you’re getting temporary expansion. But again your official girth measurement won’t happen but every three months.
 
Measured BPFS yesterday after one week of daily exercise.
Gained 0.2'', now at 7.10''. Last week I was at 6.90''.
But I have to say that I'm currently on a diet and losing fat.
 
You made a gain never question where it came from just say thank you God for the gain. ? Where do you gain because you lost weight or you gained because you’ve increased the size of your penis it makes the same visual difference so be proud of yourself and use this to inspire you to climb even higher
 
Are you doing the routine you mentioned on the first page? Did you add anything from RED's suggestion?

How are your stress levels, overall diet and well-being? From my point of view maybe you do need to upgrade the routine, go a bit harder. I'll let others say how much harder.
I put official measuring at 3 month cycles, temporary gains I check from time to time (not after each session) to see that I'm going the right way.

Please keep up with doing the work. The gains are out there. Believe in yourself!
 
I'm following to the letter the routine. Bundled stretches for 5m and 3 sets of each stretch.
During this month I increased stretching time from 30s to 45s.
I feel pretty good.
 
Alright, I'll let @REDZULU2003 and @DLD chime in ASAP, they might have some pointers.
Could really be a matter of just adding sets or increasing the force and time. While many f the routines have good foundation, we're still individuals and personalized sets are quite essential many times.
 
Two months without gains, something is not right so let’s figure it out. So many people get into your position I never asked for help therefore they never gain and they end up leaving without their dreams coming true. I’m very happy that you come out and ask for help.

The stretching exercises you are using are great and they are the exercises most men use here from manual length gains. There are more intense stretches as Red said, like the DLD blasters, and many others. You could see all of the stretches at www.mattersofsize.com/access in the video section. So you can ramp up the intensity of your exercises or you can choose to change your exercises but I have a idea I think is best. The Lengthmaster! With the LM you can stay with the routine you’re using right now. This major change will give you so much more intensity on the most valuable angular stretches. Some men just cannot get the intensity they need with their hands, I am one of those people. The Lengthmaster was designed for people with grip issues in mind, allowing them to get incredible grip and be able to stretch with two hands via the handlebars. I guarantee you will see growth within six months of up to an inch. If you choose to go this route when you do get your LMI will come in and help you write a custom routine that will graduate you from the routine you’re using right now.

Since it gets longer in this way.

I would also recommend that you get them to other types of stretches. The first stretch would be an erect stretch, this should be done through three times a week for 10 minutes. These can be done at any time. I would also work in some expressive stretching as this will give you another angle on length gains. Expressive stretches can be done in a few ways. If you have a Lengthmaster you can do either Hole Stretching or LowGrip Chamber stretching. If you have the Bathmate or MityVac you can do Hard-core stretches. If you do not have any equipment you can do expressive stretching by gripping at the extreme base and stretching from there. Remember also to get your Kegels in and if you have the opportunity to get in the testicle Health massage and stretch found in the newbie routine it would also be a good addition.
 
I've been thinking in this days about my not getting results a lot.
I must admit it's frustrating since the commitment I'm putting and my discipline to train every day.
So, 2 months have just passed.
The first month I did the newbie routine (lenght only) with 30s.
The second month I did it for 45s.
I'm now at month 3 and I'm stretching for 60s plus 60m of ADS in a bundled state.

I can affirm my flaccid hang has always been small, and it didn't pretty much changed within 2 months of training.
My EQ is always good and morning erection are harder.
At a glance it looks longer, but the ruler doesn't confirm that. The ruler rule!

Before going into DLD routine I've used extenders for 2 months in 2018 and previously I was doing a routine at the end of 2017 for a short time, mainly to try to correct my downward curvature since 'it' created issued when sex with one partner. Once I had experiences with different partners and my curvature did confirm wasn't the problem I quit exercising. Anyway in those few months I never saw an improvement either in size.

It is possible that now I'm training too much and I should give a little bit of rest and that training everyday it's too much ? (but I don't have negative PIs!)
It is possible that penis ligaments got though and that's why I'm not gaining at all?

I truly don't know what to do to gain the damn inch!
 
Man I feel your frustration and I wish you were not going through this problem but I’m glad that you have come to talk to us about it. If there’s a problem and we don’t know it we can’t help but when someone comes to us for help we will do whatever it takes to make sure you resolve your issues. What are you doing right now for a work out and be very specific so I can go over it and give you some advice. We can also post the new routine and have the Brotherhood critique it. Have no fears or worries, let me know the answer to the questions and let yourself have a few days off to relax, have some fun and don’t think about PE. Give us the answers will work on it for you and will put out a routine and see if we can get you up and gaining.
 
Took 9 days off. Tomorrow I want to continue the routine.

If you’re gaining with what you’re doing I would not change anything but if you’re noticing that with extra rest for days off are benefiting you then I would continue in that direction. This can all be kind of confusing and that’s why am working on a new study that takes into account rest days and healing time. I should have it out in a couple weeks.

It’s never smart to give up because everybody can gain but there are differences between people that may need to be taken into consideration when putting together a routine. Some men need much more intensity than others or they need to apply different exercises. But there’s always a reason why somebody is not gaining. Hey DLD,
I'm doing your newbie routine,
Plus when I grab my penis after a couple of stretches it gets hard.
So I have to stop and resume later and it's boring.
Tried to masturbate earlier but doesn't work.
 
Sounds like your attention span is short, and if that happened frequently, no wonder you see nothing.

This issue, is with your own application. If you tried seventy routines chances are you won't gained.

Not being harsh, just honest. From my experience in this, and life, it tells me such.

You either accept your not truly dedicated, trying hard enough, even saying you do contradicts and damages just yourself, because newbies are notorious for gaining, almost from very little at times.

Reevaluate, if you really are serious, and want this, my advice, tackle yourself first.
