If i was in the market for one, i would buy it. I don't see what the big deal is if someone lese's dick has touched it... unless you've only banged virgins, chances are your dick has been in a pussy that's been used by someone else's dick.

The PM comes with multiple clamps and attachments so you can just
used the unused ones. And he's right, you can just clean it. What's
