PE without warmups !!!WARNING!!!

No offense but I was actually looking for a serious response from @philevan . I actually want to know he does his btc stretches. So, I understand that you were being funny but I would very much appreciate an actual response about btc stretches.

I don't do btc. I hang on my bed laying down, my penis is at about a 45 degree angle. btc are easy tho, move ur sack one way or another and pull between the cheeks. If that's hard to reach, side of the butt is good. Many do btc with a foot on a chair and they just reach around and pull between the ass crack. The length master can do BTC easily as well, just strap in with the handles and put the handles behind your thighs in essence causing a BTC stretch.
 
Also some make a concoction of lying on an object then putting their feet on top of a chair and then just weight hanging your penis straight down. This more or less is also a BTC, but for me that's a pretty hard setup, and I'm happy where I'm at.

DO NOT DO PE WITHOUT WARMUPS.

All this time I was doing PE without warmups......
My dick was growing well until recently I started seeing some problems with my dick.........

When I first started PE, I used to do only little warmups session. And because I was a newbie and newbies gains faster than veterans, I was seeing great gains and EQ. However, as time passed,I completely stopped doing warmups to save time I noticed that my rate of gaining started to decrease (which is normal). But, sometime after that, My penis started to hurt. Kegels started to hurt. Masturbation didn't used to feel good with all that pain. All that because I was doing advanced exercises like SSJ without warmups.......

Right now, my dick is kinda fucked up and is recovering.......

I used to blame it on my privacy and time issues that I cannot do warmups........
I am always surrounded with people in my house and rarely gets any privacy or time for myself. And with this corona virus bullshit, I don't think I will get privacy any time soon.........
I do not even remember the last time I did warmups.......

So in the end all I can say is, if you are having trouble with privacy and are thinking about doing PE without warmups to save time, DO NOT. You will be killing your penis.
If you do not have the time or privacy to do PE, then don't do it. Take the day off (or several)......

I'm guilty of not doing warmups and luckily for me, I haven't encountered any problem. I will take this advance of yours.
 
This most important element to PE is taken for granted and overlooked. Of all my reading on this forum, I have never seen any emphasis on doing a proper pre-warmup before doing a PE workout; not even from the guru himself. In all the PE programs designed, I don't recall seeing there is one mention of doing a proper warmup. It seem to be taken for granted that it should be done or it will be done.

From my studies of stretching human tissues, it's best for it to be warm and at a certain temperture before placing any stress on it. Applying heat prior to stretching is the most important element to PE gains; whether a novice or a veteran.

But it depends on your way of warning up. I start off my session slow for the first 5 mins with less pressure. It a way, I warm myself up with the lighter stretches.

It doesn't necessarily has to be warm water warm up there are numerous ways to warmup.
