I have been trying pc kegels for a while and reverse kegels to try and last longer in the bedroom.
When people say "when your about to come do a reverse kegel squeeze", i try it and it seems bring it on faster, same as if i was to do a normal kegel squeeze. I cant seem do anything to delay once i feel it comming on. Anyone got any ideas or hints to help me out?
