Pain in penis days after using pump

If you are talking about cold laser, yes, it has been used since the 1980s for many medical works. Newer laser spectrums, or rather, recombination of spectrums up to 1230nm, helps to take care healing, assumingly.


I have ear tinnitus as well. I counter this by wearing an earbud, with oscillating frequency to drown out the tinnitus frequency. There are many ways to do this, but to remove it completely, that is a medical mystery at the moment. There are many theories and suppression methods, but there is no known cure. Red light therapy going into 1280nm to use part of the blue light to help with exposed area, and NIR+ to penetrate bones to get to the root of the problem suppresses the tinnitus. It doesn't cure it. Tinnitus shifts and changes daily to yearly because of many reasons and conditions. Just sneezing, having a cold, having a health issues, or exposed to something and it manifests and changes. It's a phenomenon that we can't figure out yet, and we barely have a grasp over it.


I use my full BioMax 900 panel on my entire body daily, from the top of my head to the bottom of my feet, front and back. Overall, it helps to suppress the auditory changes. I use my earbud to do the rest of the suppression using low frequency shifts while listening to my published journals from various fields.

So MOS-red is to weak with 660 nm, but i understand that NIR penetrates the skin more? Maybe need the light directly towards the ear canal aswell to make a difference for tinnitus? thanks.

MOS Red has both the 620 to 660nm, the NIR at 780 to 880nm.

The NIR is what believed to penetrate beyond 10mm below the skin, if and only if the power level for the light source is 10W at minimum. 15 to 25W medical grade red light in this spectrum for measured to reach 50mm beyond the skin. So MOS Red NIR can help to reach that lower region, if and only if you place the light at skin contact level. To push into my skeletal structure, I place my unit less than an inch away from me. This is just to protect myself by reducing the radiation.

For my ear, I allow as much light coverage at a 90 degree angle to my head. Overlapping lights at 60 degrees spread will cover all penetration angles.

Penis is just one of the body parts. Wife uses on her breasts and vagina quite a bit beside the other muscular, ligamental, and nervous damages and pains. She likes to be total commando as much as she can when dealing with the crazy heat waves and hygeine issues, and she doesn't like her lady part to be seen even by accident to have oddities. My son and daughter use on facial and muscles to restore their skin and muscles from UV and physical damages. So yes, MOS Red is intended for more than just the penis if you have it available. Ahaa cool that they use it for so much. Do recommend any light therapy from 200-300 US dollars?
 
Unfortunately, anything less than the MOS Red compared to other units within that price range is considered underpowered. This is why I invested in the panel version BioMax 900 for larger surface area coverage, matching MOS Red.
 
I believe quite a few brothers have this issues before doing PE. I'm included. It comes in short bursts. At times, it happens out of nowhere. The trick is to observe why. It's not ED per se. It involves in many things.

Temperature. When it's too hot or too cold, it influence your blood pressure to keep an erection.

Stimulation. If our sexual intimacy session doesn't go well, there is no stimulus to keep our penis from erected. Well, less on the naked people movies and more of the imagination and intense and detail imagery kind. Retrain your brain so to speak.

Blood pressure. This is a kicker. If you have heavy swings of blood pressure, such as a history of high blood pressure, you will suffer sudden deflation of the penis. Keep it under control

Constant level of nitric oxide. This ties into blood pressure related as well, but lack of available of nitric oxide will cause wild swing of erection and deflation. Plenty of daily supplements, such as l-citrulline malate and Hawthorne extracts, can help.

Ease up on PE before sex. I do my routines from LM to 5x5x3. But if I know my wife wants some raunchy session afterwards, I have to ease up my routines and not go crazy. On days I go too intensely and she jumped me afterwards, I have to try very hard to keep going for 30+ minute. Sensitive glans and fatigued shaft is no joke during sex.


It's rare to have brotherhoods like this. Everywhere else is finger warriors with malicious mindsets, brimming with arrogance and pride. We tried hard to toss this out the door here and do our best to encourage each other. Life is full of malice already. Negativities abundance at every step we take. We don't need it during our PE.

He really seems to know his stuff regarding PE so will most definitely follow his directions.
He is the reason I chose to go from 3 to 4 reps on the SSJ’s.

Before I hated doing the SSJ’s but this time around by doing my length work first and the 5x5x3 at night after all length work is done I find myself looking forward to doing them now.

I've had this once or twice when I didn't use BM or train girth PE for a little while. In my opinion it's best to condition penis for a few days before you decide to commit to a pumping routine, do this either with other girth work or use BM for a few minutes with less pressure. I warm up with semi-erection buildup, then erect kegel work, then moderately erect upward jelqs, and only then go into BM for only 3 sets of 3 minutes, 2 minutes rest each (this is what BM support actually recommends but it doesn't mention that in the BM flyer that comes with the order (it says 5x3)
 
Hello. Used a bathmate the first time last week. Pumped to around 5 but only for like 30 seconds three times. The first two times I panicked a bit and forgot the valve the release pressure. Had no pain while pumping. Have some stinging pain now 6 days later and feels like UTI so feel a need to urinate and a bit of stinging while peeing. Can still get erection. Have noticed a bulging soft blue vein on the glands, see pictures. I am bit worried that I have damaged something. What do you guys think? Thanks.

Nice photo brother. To the topic, this is nothing too dangerous but next time, you should warmup for up to 20 minutes before starting a pumping session. My favorite style to do this is to massage the entire penis consistently for a 20 minutes period.

If you warmup this way, the penis is going to be fully ready for action. You can as well warmup with warm water too but also massage the penis while doing that and make it last for up to 20 minutes. 5 to 10 minutes are both too little of a time to do a warmup for girth work.

You didn't pump for too long but you used too high of a pressure. As a newbie, you must be very gentle whenever you are starting a pumping session. Even the veterans in PE are required to start their first pumping session for the day gently too.

This vein will disappear on it's own if you will just ignore it and stay off PE for at least 2 weeks.
