More than normal! Remember, these stretches and the jelq exercises are doing many things your body has not yet done. There are ligaments, pelvic floor muscles, tunica, veins, and other tissue that is being manipulated, stretched and expanded, there will be soreness. It should never be a sharp shooting pain, more of a dull ache akin to muscle soreness.
Think of it as your first couple weeks of running, or lifting weights. Some extra advice for you.. Once you get over the soreness, make sure you start upping the intensity on your stretches as you go. I promise your dick won't fall off lol. My first couple months of Penis Enlargementing I didn't see as much gains as I should have, because I wasn't applying enough force with my stretches.
