P.E when still under 18

my mate seems to have a theory that if u p.e'd whilst still going through puberty , you would have better gains but i disagree cos i heard that it can stunt your growth. Can someone help me out here?

Although I do not condone Penis Enlargement prior to adulthood due to the mental implications, I still believe that Penis Enlargement through puberty would only increase the gains.
