Diet is 100% habitual and it helps to keep educating yourself as your motivation only will be stronger when you know how healthy you can be and when you know what the big corporations and food companies wants to keep you addicted to shitty food and profits on our diseases with drugs and healthcare system.

Always remember, they only profit from ignorant people that keeps coming back for more help and drugs. The unhealthier you are the more they profit. Incentives is what makes this world go around.

We are LITERALLY built to fast. This is our natural cleansing state of the body and mind. We are NOT evolved to eat and snack 24/7. This is making us sick - and them wealthy.

Get back to your roots and natural state and fast everyday. Help to be so much more productive as well. Keep in mind it can take a couple of weeks for the body and mind to reset if you haven't fasted for a while. Black coffee (or sugarfree energy drinks, never consume liquid calories in my opinion, that's the fastest way to get fat) and sparkling water also helps to blunt any hunger. Remember, being hungry is actually when your body cleansing itself. Focus on satiating foods high in protein and healthy fats and a lot of veggies.

I still want to pump after my main routine so I switch things up a bit decided to stick to 10 minutes of pumping instead of 20 minutes.

I’m still doing interval pumping instead of 2 minutes under pressure I decided to stick to one minute under pressure starting with the following pressures every minute 6hg, 7hg, 8hg, 9hg 10hg, 11hg, 12hg, 13hg, 14hg, 15hg the max.

I might experiment with this interval pumping of a thing. Especially now that I'm focused on girth work.

I can’t believe I’m going to say this, but hanging is starting to get to me and take a lot of time up. I don’t want to quit PE I want to continue, but would like to change my routine if possible and just use the length master for now! And the pump as usual.

Sure brother, you can focus on using the length master to do advance length master routine of 40 minutes daily in combination with pumping. When doing PE, you want to make sure it is not cumbersome. It needs to be addictive.

Interval pumping is fun! I just started moving up pressure each minute after a quick break for experimentation it’s not really an interval pumping thing it’s something I thought of.

In this forum I saw a video instruction of a brother, that had an expensive machine to do interval pumping with.

He could just program the machine, and the interval pumping was automatically. The machine was on a table. It was some kind of advanced vaccum pump.

I took @MosMaster advice I just hate having to keep eye on wrapping and unwrapping every couple of minutes. It drives me nuts
Did you think about doing length in the morning and then girth at night? That way you can get passive healing troughout the day. I recommend a sleeve. It's the easiest in my opinion, I never did the wrapping thing.

Do you have a silisleeve? If you have, I posted a video today to help brothers putting in on the best way if you want to see.

I usually do my workout late at night it’s much easier because I work during the morning or I don’t get off work until late at night. I do have a sleeve, but the only problem I’m noticing more and more is that they are too damn tight even when I stretch them out.
