For me, according to the plan.
Had a mental dip (depressed) today. But when I was in the middle of my stretching, my spirit was restored. Everything is good now.

I know how you feel depression sucks ass.

Have you tried meditating 🧘‍♂️ the six healing sounds meditation is something you might need to try for emotional release. Look it up.

So usually stay between 6hg and 7hg when pumping after sometime I finally reach 6 1/2 mark over the course of months. So today I decided for the last 10 seconds of my routine to go above 7hg to 10hg and my God, I reached the last three marks nearly hitting 7inches in the tube.

Some people say it is good to always stay at 7hg. But for me, that's a wrong approach. If you always stay at 7hg, you will never increase in length inside the pump. As you pump, your penis adapts to the pressure so you need to increase the pressure. As you increase the pressure, you will go up in length inside the pump.

Henceforth, make sure you go to 10hg when doing your last pumping set even if it's for few seconds. Within 30 days, you will be going to 10hg from your second set to third set.

I'm very close to the 8 inches mark inside the pump. From my second pumping set to third pumping set, I go passed 10hg and I'm almost at the 8 inches mark inside the pump.

When I started pumping in January, I was sitting at 7.5 inches inside the pump.

So my new plan consist of increasing the pressure past 10hg for the last 15 seconds of pumping for more length.

I haven’t measured my BPEL and not planning to until September far as I know my stats are the same. Nothing has changed
