Pre-Stretch: 5- Minute Bundle Stretches
  1. To the left: 1 Minute.
  2. To the Right: 1 Minute.
  3. Straight Down: 1 Minute .
  4. Straight Out: 1 Minute.
  5. Straight Up: 1 Minute.
5 sets of 2.5 lbs for 25 minutes.
20 second rest time between sets.

Testicle Massage 10 Minutes.

30 Minute ACE Wrap for extending healing.
 
7:00pm
Interval Pumping using the MityVac air pump.

5 sets of 2 minutes under pressure 5hg a total of 10 minutes.

20 Minutes of edging.

Wearing Cockring for expansion healing.
 
Basic stretching is just pulling your flaccid penis just below the head straight out or up in different directions. The only difference between bundles is you’re turning your penis like corkscrew and pulling out in different directions as well. Bundles will target more of the tunica this is great for length and girth gains. It’s up to you!

This afternoon I had an orgasm before stretching to stay in a refractory period while stretching and hanging.

Thank you for the motivation!!! Really hard to be consistent at times : ) Sometimes I feel like giving up, but you guys at MOS inspire me.
It is that way for all of us. Just remember that every thing you do adds to size and the more you do the faster the growth

With your short pump sets of 2 min - do u just release pressure and start the next set right away?

With your hanging, where do you attach the LM? and btw do you or has anybody thought about bundled hanging?

With your hanging, where do you attach the LM? With hanging make sure you have a good wrap before starting. Personally I am more focused on creating fatigue with lightest weight possible and over time adding more weight.

Btw I also find it best to use a wire coat hanger attached to the clip on the length master straight to the weight.

OK, I was wondering where on the shaft, under glans or more to the base?

I was thinking since hanging is so popular and knowing that bundle stretches are kind of the most important to create long term permanent gains if bundled hanging was a thing... Maybe it's tricky to get it to work?

OK, I was wondering where on the shaft, under glans or more to the base?

It’s up to you sometimes I hang more towards the base and other times I hang more towards the mid shaft to target more of the tunica. Never hang on the glans I MEAN NEVER.

I also never wrap my glans to keep track of blood flow when hanging.
