I know as now I’m in the same boat as you brother, doing 60 min total of BTC-B stretches in one session. Took me about 2 hours and 2 minutes to complete including Ball & Lig stretch for 10 min.

We’re in this togheter, just keep your eyes and mind laser focused on the gains you’ll end up getting for all the effort you put into PE. You’re a champ and a beast for going 2 hours straight.

I’m even contemplating doing the 5x5x3 in the evenings as well, making my total PE time a day close to 3 hours. I have to see how tired and exhausted I am when the evening comes.

You will benefit by splitting up the session. The elongation healing between the sessions and stretching multiple times per day, will aid in gaining faster. It's better to do 2 x 30 minute sessions, then just one session of 60 minutes.
Personally I do 2 sessions at 20 minutes each per day with, 3:1 (3 days on, 1 day rest).
If you are stretching hard, it will be enough.

Remember that elongation healing (the rest) is as important as the stretching itself. Everything is written in the SRT.
From having loose underwear, or no underwear at all, to elongation healing, and expansion healing (girthwork).

I never let my penis turtling during the day, I always use my penis elongation wrap on me.

I already knew about this in the beginning, but I found 40 minutes of one session is a whole lot easier to complete at night when you have certain amount of time you can dedicate to PE. Theory as long as you’re getting those 40 minutes in that’s all that matters.

Instead of doing 10 minutes sets split I’m thinking about doing a whole 20 minutes set when waking up and at night to save on time and to cut breaks down. If I don’t have time I will complete the 40 minutes in one session. Just my thought 💭

Yes, I have gone 15 minutes in the past the max. The most I would do in one set is 20 and not go beyond that without a break.

I would never be able to do this. I need 13 minute sets (3 min warmup) to restore full blood flow and to reduce discoloration and fluid retention. If I stay clamped down to long it will be painful, and I would not be able to stretch with the highest intensity.

It's possible if you stretch with the correct intensity (stretch hard enough, and with the right technique). Some days I'm only able to do one session of 2x10 minutes. I believe 2x20 minute sessions will be a safer bet.

It can work, but your intensity and elongation healing needs to be perfect. But I do believe you will not gain the fastest. Usually on my first session for the day, I can bundle a lot, and then in the last session in the day I will bundle less (due to penis skin soreness), but I will still feel a good stretch in my inner penis and ligaments.

For example today, I did both my sessions after work at evning/night. But between the two sessions, I had a rest for like ~3-4 hours (always keeping my elongation wrap on).

I highly recommend you to do 2 sessions at 20 minutes per day. Try what works. 3 days on and 1 day rest, 2 days on 1 day rest, or something like that.

If you only have the possibility to do one session, do 10 minutes hard...rest 10 minutes, and then stretch again hard for 10 minutes. The remaining time you need to keep your penis in an elongated state. Don't let it turtle/shrink into your body.

I don't believe 10 minute sessions will do much if you only have 2 and separate them with to much time. If you have the SiliStretcher you will have a better chance to gain with this training/stretching structure (10 min sessions x 2 times /day)

With 20 minute sessions:
The first set will soften up your tunica albuginea and make your penis soft and pliable/stretchable. The second set will force even more elongation. And when you keep your penis elongated constantly... and do this over and over, with time you will gain BPEL.

This is what have worked for me and others.

This afternoon I just completed 20 minutes of stretching along with the warm-up before hand tonight I will complete the rest of my routine making it 40 minutes as usual.

It seems 10 minutes sets work best for a total of 20 minutes compared to entire 40 minutes in one entire session I also noticed a longer bone press flaccid stretch afterwards compared to an entire 40 minutes in one session.

Maybe overwork is a big factor in PE!

Yes! This can be a factor when you are stretching hard with LENGTHMASTER 3. It's a balance. As I always say: - Talk to your penis. 😊

I also noticed a longer bone press flaccid stretch afterwards compared to an entire 40 minutes in one session.
