I just noticed something my wrap looks a lot bigger meaning length wise after intense stretching. I guess longer flaccid is the word.
I added the ball and Lig stretch before my main stretching routine as a warm up. I took this from @squirt_inducer_man log.
This looks good. I believe your routine is working. You just need to be consistent that's all.

LOVE that Goggins quote, have his book even and read it at least 2 times, a really good read. Extreme Ownership by Jocko Willink is also very, very good read, read that 2 times as well. I’m just trying to stay consistent is not easy as it was before when I started PE in January I lost some of that determination.
I will help with this.I wonder what happened that made you loss some motivation. I will keep pressuring you to stay committed and consistent on this journey.
