Time is now 20:29 no food at home, need to walk to the supermarket and get some, and it's raining outside. Last session left for the day. These procrastinations are not good.![]()
Oh man these cuts must be annoying to get.Just use the chamber for 10 minutes of stretching and I can’t believe it I’m able to stretch further compared to the 2.0 chamber and I have to say my wrapping technique has gotten a whole lot better.

The procrastinations are so unlogical. I can stretch in the morning, do other things during the day (I have one day off from work today) and make my last session in the evening. But instead I procrastinate and suffer. I hope I learn my lessons.I understand I deal with procrastination often. Your not alone.

Maybe you should put a piece of fabric on the bottom part of the chamber? And make the wrap tighter and smoother?

Okey! But why are you getting these cuts?I had these cuts when I used to hang weights.
The wrap is not too thick as it seems I just used a small layer of Ace wrap that came with chamber a few layers of black tape on top. This is far the most smoothest wrap I ever done.

I'm doing something different then you. I never get these. When I didn't had the fabric on the bottom pad of the chamber I got these.just every time I stretch they open back up.
I’m using the hydrocortisone and mos-red still. If anything, I might have to deal with them as they are part of PE.
Here's a picture of the soreness I experienced due to the pinching in the chamber. After I put this piece of fabric on the bottom part of the chamber, I have not experienced this.

It was not leather. But leather should work, if it's not to slippery.Yes, I remember now! Wasn’t it leather fabric on the bottom?

It’s so annoying getting those cuts as it interferes with us doing PE.
Btw have you tried to put some Aloe Vera gel on the cut?, it really makes you heal fast.

Conquer one than tacle the nextTo be honest, I’m glad I put pumping to the side to focus on stretchingeven though it’s very tempting at times. But this feels so much better.
