Just Completed 40 Minutes Of Bundles BTC and add 10 Minutes Of Pumping at the end for fun ! Going to rest and resume training tomorrow night : )

If you have seen my Logbook I post from time to time. You will see that I make boxes that I cross off.
The first session for the day I write down what I'm suppose to do that day. When each exercise is done I cross off that box. I believe this will help you as well. Split everything up and make many boxes you can cross off. This will help with discipline. It helps me.

But don't be to hard on yourself. I'm doing 3 days on 1 day rest, that works for me. It's not realistic to stretch hard every day. The soreness will come. Better to plan the rest days in advance.
 
Keeping a handwritten journal It's a huge compliment To be able to look at what you have written down. Somehow it seems that is just a much better way to look at your results over time.
