So I got 30 minutes of stretching tonight with LM. I can’t feel the same intensity as I did before like hanging.

I have one question how hard should I be stretching with LM? I mean the glans always pushes against the chamber causing discomfort I understand this is normal, but at the same time I don’t want to cause any injury by pulling too hard with too much force?

I’m sincerely thinking about going back to hanging with the LM using my previous routine. I can’t seem to feel the stretch response as I did before.

I don’t want to give up on PE and don’t want to lose that motivation.

What do you think @DLD I feel like I’m banging my head against wall. Any suggestions would be nice!
 
For some people switching between routines is beneficial. I think you should switch between the workouts every 2 weeks to a month. Some men simply need a different approach to keep growing. Try this out and see how it goes. If 2 weeks is too short than change to monthly. I have hit many blocks over 20 years and had to adapt. Do NOT EVEN THINK ABOUT QUITTING! You will be triumphant!

I would say as hard as you can. You can't stretch to hard, your mind/body will prevent you from stretching to hard. But there are ways to stretch smart.

If you feel that you have not the same intensity as before. Try only doing downward bundled stretches, If these are not intense enough?

The next step would be to progress to only be doing BTC stretches. As I wrote before. You can stretch in all angels BTC. This is the key to fast gains. You can say that BTC is a more intense version of downward bundled stretches.

If you want the maximum amount of intensity, try do 5 minute stretches with the lengthmaster BTC, this will be as intense as you can get it. It will be like hanging but even more intense, since it's bundled and you stretch in diffrent angles.

So I went back to my original hanging routine and I can’t seem to hang 7.5 pounds anymore without feeling intense soreness at the base.

I wonder since I took a few weeks off from training my penis is not use to the weight anymore. Any ideas ?

Why do you think soreness is bad?
I always feel soreness at the base (inner penis).
 
To be honest I don’t know. I feel like I’m doing something wrong by going back-and-forth between routines. I’ll be honest I feel a little depressed as well. Motivation is not what it used to be.

If you want to, I can create a simple program for you, that's easy to follow. If you follow it with the right amount of intensity you will gain.

I wasn’t making any progress when I was doing PE the first time around with the phallosan so I took a break as well. I understand how your feeling. Seeing progress helps motivates us and when we don’t see it, it gets discouraging.
