I tried downward bundles and they are amazing I can really feel the inner penis working. Plus this gives me a chance to step away from pornography since I am focused on stretching instead of sitting down all the time when stretching using a weight. Thank you again and God Bless

I believe you will feel more productive as well with this program. It's awesome that you feel your inner penis stretching. My secret is that I always feel soreness in my inner penis. You want to stretch the entire penis, both the outer part and the inner part.

Look at how much inner penis there is.
Imagine always stretching the entire thing. If you stretch extremely hard, it's easier to stretch the inner penis as well. The reverse Kegels will come automatically then.

I plan on taking @squirt_inducer_man advise and workout either three days a week and one day off or every other day due to soreness.

Personally, I’m really thinking about working out every other day because soreness weighing in heavy today. I couldn’t even stretch at full force like I did yesterday.
