just every time I stretch they open back up.

I’m using the hydrocortisone and mos-red still. If anything, I might have to deal with them as they are part of PE.
I'm doing something different then you. I never get these. When I didn't had the fabric on the bottom pad of the chamber I got these.

Here's a picture of the soreness I experienced due to the pinching in the chamber. After I put this piece of fabric on the bottom part of the chamber, I have not experienced this.

Just use the chamber for 10 minutes of stretching and I can’t believe it I’m able to stretch further compared to the 2.0 chamber and I have to say my wrapping technique has gotten a whole lot better.

Ouch, those cuts reminds me of the cuts/scar I got behind my glands when using my noose style AndroPenis extender.
It’s so annoying getting those cuts as it interferes with us doing PE.

Btw have you tried to put some Aloe Vera gel on the cut?, it really makes you heal fast.

Yeah! Those cuts doesn't look fun.
I hope he can get rid of them.


I always recommend hydrocortisone 1% (but not for open cuts) and Locobase® REPAIR for healing. Works great. But you need to keep in mind, that you should not mix ointments. You need to wait at least 1 hour after applying hydrocortisone 1% before applying something else.

How many of you feel guilty or depressed for skipping / not training?

It’s weird, but this how I feel when I don’t train.
I do not feel that. I only feel if it was a long time ago (if I take 2 days rest), that I need to get back to it.
I take 2 days rest really seldom.

Doing 3 days on 1 day rest, and then repeat...keeps me in the game.
 
Friday through Sunday I work all day so I don’t wrap, but I do train at night followed by 2 hr wrap before going to bed.

Monday Through Thursday I wrap all day starting from the morning until I train during the day followed by 4-6 hours of healing.
Okey that seems enough. 👌
But, what if? You could wrap always when you are awake and not stretching (even at work), have you considered that?

I wrap during the morning until I train and after my routine Monday through Thursday.

I just can’t wrap Friday through Sunday because I work. It’s not easy to maintain my wrap and moderate my penis during work hours.

Just want to say. I had to cancel the second set on my first session.

Really tired after 2 weekends of work after each other... need to eat...maybe I can do some more sets later, but maybe I will miss them all. Messed up at work with a person that doesn't take responsibility. It's almost dangerous. This are draining me, and are stressing me out.

But my penis is so tired (hard to attach it in the chamber). You see I'm not perfect in my dicipline. Sometimes we need to create a work around. But if we never give up we will reach our goal.

Though this would cheer you up. You are not alone in the felling, that we need to perform at max all the time. We need to be understanding and kind to ourselves as well. We can't just go...go all the time.

Just keep at it and you will succeed. I know it.

I just noticed something my wrap looks a lot bigger meaning length wise after intense stretching. I guess longer flaccid is the word.

I added the ball and Lig stretch before my main stretching routine as a warm up. I took this from @squirt_inducer_man log.

This looks good. I believe your routine is working. You just need to be consistent that's all.

I understand, but I have to be hard on myself if not I can’t get things done. I would procrastinate all day long.

Discipline is forcing yourself to do things you hate because in the end there’s greatness - David Goggins.
LOVE that Goggins quote, have his book even and read it at least 2 times, a really good read. Extreme Ownership by Jocko Willink is also very, very good read, read that 2 times as well. Will read both a third time I think.

Also, I perfectly understand how much determination it takes to be disciplined enough to do what we do and at the same time having to juggle real life on top of it all.

And one really just have to learn to love what one does as squirt_inducer_man says.

Like me I have a love/hate relationship with almost everything I do, especially working out everyday, balls to the walls for over 1 hour on average leaving nothing left in the bag, repping those kettlebells and body weight(with a 31 lbs weighted vest on as well) sets to absolute failure really takes a toll on the whole nervous system.

I never look forward to my workouts though still I just bite down hard and get it done as I know I’ll feel so much better about myself after getting it done. Same thing goes for PE.

Anyways, I have a tendency to write too much, but have to finish off by saying that both you and squirt_inducer_man seem pretty damn consistent to me, so missing a workout every now and then means nothing in the bigger picture.
