Looks like I have more dead skin than normal and scabs around the base. I couldn’t complete my last 20 minute sessions tonight without feeling sore.

I know @squirt_inducer_man had skin routine he recommended I have hydrocortisone. I have to wait until pay day. Should I take a break from stretching?

Do you shave every day? The short hairs will be like sandpaper when you bundle.

Do you use this;
Locobase Repair ?

Do you rotate your penis back and fort all the time?
With 5 minute stretches, you will not experience as much soreness in the skin.

One more question: Do you have planned rest days so the skin on your penis gets time to heal up?

I shave once a week only.

I don’t have locobase I have to wait until payday.

I rotate all the time when doing BTC.

I do one minute stretches as @huge-girth girth mentioned.

I had Friday and Saturday off came back to work Sunday and partially worked Monday until this happened
 
Update: 7/17/23

I took 5 to 6 days off from stretching to let the skin fully heal and rejuvenate.

I took @huge-girth advice about stretching and I was able to complete my first set of 20 minutes BTC without any skin issues.

I am happy to say I’m back!

So I got 20 minutes of stretches in yesterday and 30 minutes today. Been feeling very awful lately and sick.

The Doc found a spot or something in my left lung and I’m on antibiotics. I hope it’s nothing plus I have been running a fever and having severe headaches and pressure behind my eyes.

I’m doing what I can. Trying to change and get right with God and Jesus. I will admit I have been very sexual and exploring with the wrong kind of people throughout my 20’s and taking chances. It’s hard but I’m trying to change.

I hope it’s not HIV but according to the Doc I wouldn’t accumulate a HIV and 3 to 4 days. It could be from my lung.

Sorry I had to rant a bit.
I'm sorry. I hope you will be okay brother.

Just Completed 40 Minutes Of Bundles BTC and add 10 Minutes Of Pumping at the end for fun ! Going to rest and resume training tomorrow night : )

No, just mainly this forum. I should give it a try 🙂
If you have seen my Logbook I post from time to time. You will see that I make boxes that I cross off.
The first session for the day I write down what I'm suppose to do that day. When each exercise is done I cross off that box. I believe this will help you as well. Split everything up and make many boxes you can cross off. This will help with discipline. It helps me.

But don't be to hard on yourself. I'm doing 3 days on 1 day rest, that works for me. It's not realistic to stretch hard every day. The soreness will come. Better to plan the rest days in advance.
 
Keeping a handwritten journal It's a huge compliment To be able to look at what you have written down. Somehow it seems that is just a much better way to look at your results over time.
