i ordered a complete left arm 5 days ago and later send an email to size gentics website to see if everything is ok with the order since there hasnt been a confirmation email and no order number
turns out that they havent been able to locate any order for spare parts
just checked how much money i have on my card and even there it says that i've paid for it
