I hear ya bud (same wank schedule too). What I find works best is to do your girth work first than while in the shower afterwards do the length stuff. If you had a decent girth workout, your dick will be pooped and shouldnt get hard at all. remember to do some warmdown stuff too though.
I also had many problems stretching in the early mornings so I took advantage of the morning wood and did jelqing right away and then stretching later on.
