Alright, and the deal is as follows: I've got one month before I'm throwing what I hope will be a rather large party. As goes without saying, I want to look my best for this, which means putting on a bit of muscle and losing a lot of fat. So here are my questions regarding this:
I'm already scouering the boards at T-Nation.com and BodyBuilding.com for viable diets. I was thinking about doing the Velocity Diet from T-Nation, but I have no idea how much something like that would cost. Actually, that's the biggest restrictor: Not the price, but not knowing the price. Here are some links to try to get your opinions:
The Velocity Diet: Part 1
The Velocity Diet: Part 2
Additionally this is going to be my *attempt* at a workout schedule:
Ten minutes of hardcore cardio first thing in the morning to increase my metabolism.
Sunday: Weighted Tai Chi 1hr
Monday: Weights: Chest and Back 1/2hr
Tuesday: Weighted Pilates 1hr
Wednesday: Weights: Core 1/2hr
Thursday: Weighted 'Balance Ball' 1hr
Friday: Weights: Legs and arms 1/2hr
Saturday: Weighted Yoga 1hr
I know the weight lifting days seem short, but I'm in terrible physical condition. 1/2 hour will be hard work for me.
So anyhow: Opinions, advice, pricing? All would be welcome!
- What would be a good, fairly safe diet to go with to lose as much weight as I can in a month's time?
- How much weight can I hope to lose in a month?
- How much weight can I EXPenis EnlargementCT to lose in a month?
- Are there any good 'tricks' for accelerating weight loss?
- Is there a way to lose fat, and not muscle?
