From June to June, I was using a simple extender—the kind that fits at the base of the penis and secures the glans with silicone straps. It was ineffective and very painful. I overused topical and sometimes oral anesthetics and anti-inflammatories unnecessarily. I reached 19 cm by June, at which point I bought a penile extender similar to the PeniMaster Pro, but transparent. So far, it has been extremely comfortable—perfect, in fact.
Until June, I was following this routine: 30 minutes of pumping, 2 hours of extension, 30 minutes of pumping. I did this as many times as possible, averaging about 6 to 9 hours per day.
The process of penile growth must account for the fact that we are stimulating cellular hyperplasia rather than hypertrophy. This means the penis grows because the number of cells increases, as opposed to individual cells increasing in physical size.
The key concept here is mechanotransduction—the exact same mechanism an orthodontist relies on to move teeth. Mechanical stimuli have directionality, and cells divide (mitosis) and multiply along that direction.
I attempted to use the initial 30 minutes of pumping to deform the cells laterally. Then, by applying the extender immediately after, I aimed to maintain that lateral tension (to stimulate girth growth) while the extender applied force along the axial length. This addresses both directions of growth: lateral and axial.
After completing the 2 hours of extension, I would use the pump for another 30 minutes. My reasoning was that at this stage, the tissues would be in an "anabolic state," and taking advantage of that window with lateral stimulation would yield greater girth gains—while also increasing interstitial fluid volume (the fluid between cells) to improve nutrient availability.
My biggest issue was the old extender. It would slip off after 50 minutes due to its attachment mechanism on the glans. The penis naturally wants to retract to its pre-pumping state, and a poor grip allowed the glans to slip out, requiring constant readjustments.
Since June, I replaced that pelvic-base extender with one that essentially uses a vacuum cap. I use it with an elastic strap attached to my leg, as well as hanging weights via a pulley system mounted on a desk in front of my couch. This setup has allowed me to extend comfortably.
Currently, I am working with 2 kg of force. The spring-loaded extender maxed out at 1.2 kg, though I could rarely exceed 600 g due to pain at the pelvic base support point.
My current target routine is 30 minutes of pumping, 3 hours of extension, and 30 minutes of pumping.
I stumbled upon the forum yesterday. I wanted to see how others approach this to see if I could refine my method for greater efficiency.
I personally don't believe that manual stretching provides the mechanical stimulus required to trigger cellular multiplication. However, manual stretches might improve mobility and lower injury risk, just as traditional stretching does for the rest of the body.
I originally planned to stop at 24 cm, but I came across a post by DLD and was truly inspired—I want to achieve a similar result. I haven't been able to find that post again, though, as I'm browsing on an iPhone.
One aspect that is extremely important is nutrition. I noticed accelerated growth after I started supplementing with protein (albumin), hydrolyzed collagen, Vitamin C (an essential cofactor for fibroblast function), a multivitamin, and fish oil (Omega-3), which is necessary for bodily hormone synthesis. I strive to stay healthy without using anabolic steroids. I believe the proper path is giving the body the right nutritional foundation so it can naturally produce hormones at optimal levels.
Since June, I've been averaging 8 to 11 hours per day. I occasionally wear the extender while sleeping, though it isn't particularly comfortable for overnight use.
An interesting thing to keep in mind is that, because the growth is cellular, it is exponential. This means that the larger it gets, the faster it grows—as long as the proper mechanical stimulus is provided.
