I am new to this and I am looking to build up some gains, I am already well experienced with Jelqing and I am looking to change my routine to a more advanced one, I want to begin hanging and also wearing an ADS device for a couple hours, I really don't have an idea what weight would be best to start with for hanging and as for ADS, I am looking at Phallosan and Stealth for men, I don't really know which is best among these but if there are any other ADS devices that are better than these then i would be open to trying them out. Hope to get some response here.
