I have started in on DLD newb routine and I keep reading about intensity of stretching. My type is loss of girth towards the end and a smaller than shaft pointed head. I think this is what makes holding onto the head very difficult for me and is making a good intense stretch very hard.
I have seen the topics on rubber gloves etc.. But I would like to be focusing on head work also. What head routines do you all do?
