I came up with this and I'm not sure if it is 100% accurate in determining your LOT, but would like to have some feedback.
When you get an erection, do a kegel by flexing your bc muscle. If your penis flexes or goes downwards, then you have a lower LOT, and if it flexes upwards you have a higher LOT.
Mine used to bounce upwards when I flexed, but now that I have stretched out my ligs more and my LOT is 6, it goes downwards.
Does this work out or no??
