hello everyone, im new to this idea but like it. i heard of jelqing but would i have to erect, semi-erect or soft? Is this very important? thanks
 
Most folks suggest around 80% erect. Not throbbing, but a little more than a semi. I don't suggest going beyond that if you're new to Penis Enlargement.
