That good. Not all cotton wraps are 100%. Most are 80% to 85% cotton. The blended materials are used for form and strength controls. I use those more than the 100% version.

As for using it as a passive extender, I wouldn't suggest to wear it all night, unless you know how to wear it loosely. Since it's flexible, it can suddenly tighten up over night. I use a looser sleeve about 6mm thick if I plan on using it as all night passive extender, in combo with TheraBand for additional traction control to prevent the penis from turtling inside the sleeve.

As for peeing, yes, I wrap it all day, and still able to pee with it on. Have to toss it into the wash by day ends for hygienic reasons.
