New to PE just wanted some advice.

I'm new to PE and would like some feedback on my approach. Currently, I jelq every day and use a Bathmate pump beforehand, which I find helps with my stretching. I’m also incorporating compression techniques that are making my penis noticeably thicker. Additionally, I try to do Kegels whenever I can, like at work or during daily activities. Are these methods effective for beginners?

I've been practicing for about a week, and my girlfriend has already noticed a difference. My erections feel stronger, I’m lasting longer, and she says I’m more “filling,” which is a nice ego boost. My penis is also looking really veiny, which she seems to appreciate.

I’d love any pointers or suggestions for additional techniques. I’m not looking to invest in expensive equipment since I'm new and don't have a lot of extra money right now.

For beginners, your method of approach for girth is good. Commonly, it will be a good approach for the first 9 months, but slowly, it slows down. The method you are using is the exact same approach as the 5x5x3 baseline for PE to aim at girth, but you extend the routine all day long. This is a great thing. However, as you progress, depending on the BM model, the pressure will be insufficient as you go into the 2nd and 3rd year, where pressure needs to reach toward 8inHg and 10inHg.

Welcome to the world of PE. After a week, she notices the changes. Imagine after 6 months, she'll go wild. After 2 years, she wants that ring.

This is a great start for the first week, or even the first month. Look a ght 5x5x3 (<- clickable now) routine, as it's a baseline routine. You can change it up as needed, such as more time on the jelq, less time on the pump, and warm up with stretches using bundled BTC to maximize the tissues softening to maximize the pumping and jelqing sessions.

Welcome to the brotherhood my brother. In my opinion, the best way to go from here is to start with the newbie routine and eventually maybe after a month or two switch to SRT. If you feel able after a few weeks of doing the newbie routine, then definitely try to switch at that point and see where you are. I also think you should look at some of the equipment. We have to help you with your work especially the LengthMaster and MityVac plus some wraps and some sleeves. Look through the SRT thread, to see how to do these things.

    @Toutdoudou I went to various nudist beaches in the past as well, and bathhouses or hot springs all over the world where all sexes were welcomed. This was both indoor and outdoor. If women worry about a shrunken penis because it is cold, then they don't know what true penises are. Mine hid inside by body because it was cold outside, until I went into warm water. It came out to enjoy the warm and hot water like a flag pole.
