I'm new to PE and would like some feedback on my approach. Currently, I jelq every day and use a Bathmate pump beforehand, which I find helps with my stretching. I’m also incorporating compression techniques that are making my penis noticeably thicker. Additionally, I try to do Kegels whenever I can, like at work or during daily activities. Are these methods effective for beginners?
I've been practicing for about a week, and my girlfriend has already noticed a difference. My erections feel stronger, I’m lasting longer, and she says I’m more “filling,” which is a nice ego boost. My penis is also looking really veiny, which she seems to appreciate.
I’d love any pointers or suggestions for additional techniques. I’m not looking to invest in expensive equipment since I'm new and don't have a lot of extra money right now.
