new to PE....but already seen girth gains from edging everyday...

This is my start for routine. 12 minutes in electric heating pad and Newbie Stretches. Will post
After pic for the @DLD 5x5x3 SSJ after completion.
@brightonfuntime It is imperative that you do. Warm up and Warm down session. Do not skip warming up nor down. Ever.
Edit: As you can see, the @DLD SSJ’s that I have been doing, has brought out the dorsal and side veins even more this last month of PE. Seeming to get and appear more “muscular” in appearance.

Post SSJ session. Cut time session off as had personal items to cover, but you see the slight differences
 
@squirt_inducer_man Yep. Gonna keep expanding that with this routine daily until plateaus, then change up the game. I will also follow @huge-girth recommend wrapping technique for my Lenghtmaster. Will report on that as well soon. That girth goal is 5.75 to 6.0”. Gotta put in the time.

I believe that the reason why you don't use your length master is because you are not wrapping properly therefore, I want to guide you on how to wrap.

Wrap the yellow theraband on your glans and penis to mid shaft or to the base if possible.

Now, wrap 20 inches length of bandage on the penis, wrap the bandage right under the glans only.

Theraband is wrapped on glans to mid shaft or better still to the base of the penis but the bandage should be wrapped right under the glans only.

This will limit the discomfort of your session.
