ive looked at this forum for maybe a few hours and it all seems pretty awesome i have not done anything yet or even started my pe i just dont know where to start . what is the best work out for a beginner that in a few weeks shows sizeable growth ? now im not talking about 2 inches in the first day or anything cause ive read up on alot of storys and it seems like it takes months to grow huge . im not looking to get gigantic or anything i just want for my gf and i to have better sex. So any help on this would greatly needed.
