The first stretch that DLD has discovered is just simple stretches to each side and up and down....I absolutely love this stretch, but I have recently changed it up. Instead of pulling to each direction....I get a really strong pressure and pull out as hard as I can and do small circles for 5 min, then large circles for 5 min....I feel it pulling my ligs more and I feel like it would pull out the ligs more...maybe its just me.
