congrats guys...i have a ? though the mods are suppose to aide people that have questions about pe right? and keep things in order so why is kittie a mod..no offense to kittie or anyone else it's just a question

yea i think thats a good change for this site having another female mod. she can contribute things that a guy can't and i hear she has been around for a while and im sure any one DLD appoints a mod is a great choice

As for Kittie, well I wish her luck...shes a reguler here and I think she will be more involved in non-Penis Enlargement matters, I mean how can she really advise men on there dicks? more for sexual stuff, ideas ect ect.

I have to agree with BeBob, I'm just saying, Its your site and all, but how the heck is a girl who IMO is fairly new, a mod? This is after all, a penis enlargement forum. Oh well, congrats to all.

Texan, DLD hand picks the mods himself but he will take advise from his team on what they think. I have talked to him about who I think could be mods. In the end, its HIS CHOICE....he doesnt say ''guys pick a mod'' he just does it. I just pm'ed dld months back with some guys I had in mind. Dunno if other mods do this? He has on rate occasions had a poll on who should be the next mod, but its once in a blue moon. Its better theway he does it now. Its his forums and his choice. I dont myself always agree with what he picks, but he has ideas as to why persons are chosen and has made a thread in the mod section on why he chose eachone of us. I respect that, however I wouldnt have chosen the mods he has. This is including ALL MODS here...no disrespect to anyone.

The only mods that were a mistake is Stillwantmore and Redzulu
Seriously though, my decisions are well thought out and I take many things into account. I wish I could make everyone happy but it is something that will never happen. I listen very closely to my mods and members on perspective mods and this plays a large part in my choice. I also go by the perspectives posting style, Penis Enlargement/Sex education, non-bias attitudes and their ability to put their own feeling aside to make just decisions. There are too many people that fit this criteria and it is always difficult for me to choose the very few that get this position. It is not an easy job, believe me, I had to de-mod people before that were and are dear friends but this is business.
In the case of a female moderator, keep an open mind people! Kitty is not only a female member, able to give us diversity and perspective in a way we, as males, can't but she is also in a relationship with an active Penis Enlargement'er. JENS's input has been an invaluable resource for me personally in my Penis Enlargement (and to the early members of this forum when she was active) and I truly believe Kitty's perspectives will have a positive influence on us as a whole.

I wholeheartedly agree with your reasoning DLD. In addition to that, a MOD team is best when well rounded and multi-skilled. If we where all exactly the same we would have a very flat and one dimensional forum here. Kitty and Jen fill the voids that us guys cannot fill. Besides that, they are two hot babes that appreciate large penises. Hey, I will MOD with you babes any day!!

Just Kiddin I luv ya man. I agree as well its best to have MODS from all types of fields keeps things very interesting.
I also support DLD's choices, including Kittie. Guys, we really can't expect females to be as consumed with this hobby as we are, but that does not mean they can't offer invaluable contributions to the forum.

Kittie and Jen should and will excel in the Sexual-type sections.
Feedback on how a larger penis is ect ect stuff that we wont really know in and out unless someone is gay, which is the case here but I aint aware of any mods being gay.

Why should it matter if a mod is male or female? A mod is a mod, here to "moderate" the goings on. There are people here who do a lot more to the forum than kittie does yet she gets mod? No offence to her or nothing I just find it odd. Still it's your forum, your choice.

As for the mod decisions, I truly respect DLD's choices. I mean, although he's still ultimately in control of his site here, he is handing others a little control over his "baby." And he wouldn't he wouldn't do that if he didn't trust those people, for one reason or another, to make good decisions.
