We will provide as much detailed info for your consideration as much as we can. Never stop asking questions to get clarity.
Understood. With that in mind, we'll provide only optimal tools and suggestions for your needs. We'll have other questions for you as well so we can provide an efficient path for your gains.
With that in mind, let's bundle it all together under one shipment rather than scattering them all over the place. Before you buy, make sure to think carefully on your needs. It does take time for things to be shipped from the USA to Europe, and to the region you're living in.
LengthMaster for power pulling and tugging with leverages.
MityVac system with multiple cylinders to focus on both the length and the girth. Remember, you have to switch between length and girth to prevent your body from adapting too fast.
Sleeves and wraps, if you can't find it in your local areas and online shopping that support quick delivery to your living place. I know Amazon is worldwide, but at times, AliExpress and other dropships in your area tend to be faster than UPS and FedEx.
We will definitely start out very slow. Never fear on that. We have our private coach
@huge-girth that can offer his own service for one-on-one support, or you can ask questions among our brothers and veterans. We will answer your questions to the best of our knowledge. If you need evidence, we can also provide you publication information and collected data from this brotherhood. You are in good hands.
Before we start, let's do a few things first. Hope I can get permission to move this thread to the Routine and Progress page for your convenience and we'll have a full set of info from the posting. We'll rename it to your own personal thread.
In term of gains, which one do you want to start out first? Length or girth?
I'm a sounding board for safety and I do risk assessment and also focus on the safest path to achieve most optimal results. At times, I do step into the wild and crazy sides to test things. As the old saying goes, "Nothing ventured, nothing gained."
So, we have to collect info on your health, psychological and emotional issues before we move forward. Do be honest with us as your answers do provide insights for us to navigate safely through the routines and exercises.
Health:
Do you have any health issues? This includes dietary, blood related issues such as blood pressures, medication, reaction to certain materials and compounds from supplements, blood clotting factor, muscle weaknesses, or anything you can share about your latest health statistics (the vitals). If you have good health from the last doctor visit, it will give us great reassurance to move forwards.
Psychological and Emotional:
This is one of the worst one. It based off emotional traumas. Relationship dramas tend to be a PE journey hindrance, and also a mentality killer. No matter what you gone through, know that we are here to help you and encourage you along the way. Do share as much as you can if psychological and emotional issues will be hindrances for your PE journey.
