No medical or mentally issues, and I am for now happy with my girth (5.7) so I am aiming for length.

I am looking into 2 things now, considering the length master pulling device, and also another more "stealth" vacuum puller. The Jes extender is OK, but too clumsy and i am not getting enough stretching done basically.

Things are moving the right direction, slow but I knew that when started.

Looked at the shop, and actually I think i just need the silistretcher top/vacuum cup and silicon sleve - if possible to buy alone?.

Can apply that to the jes-extender, looks to be the same system from below the penis head and down.

If you use a mechanical assisted device like the Length Master, I can tell you, the JES will truly work in your favor. The SiliStretcher also comes in two different methods: the all day stretcher (ADS) while you are running around and the set up for your home constant stretching similar to the JES. JES doesn't have the vacuum cap like the PeniMaster or the Size Genetic. The noose and strap that JES uses can put major strains on the base of the glans. The vacuum cup offers more comfort, but the downside is, if you use too high of a negative pressure for the cup, and then add extra traction force, it can cause you to have blisters. This is why you precondition your glans at low traction force first. It will take a few months for the skin to thicken up.

For now, I believe you're already using the manual stretches. Do use the bundled manual stretches using the videos provided under the Resources and Programs. If you need that link rather than clicking on the menu options, let us know. How much time do you have to dedicate to manual stretching for now before you have to wrap the penis up for other things in your life?

Then I apply the Jes Extender and I am able to stretch ca 1hr after that before discomfort or slipping out. Around 1500g tension.

Would like the vacuum cup system, and a rubber band/tension device for even longer use during the day.

My target (dream target) is 9x6 inches, but would be happy with around 8 inches length and keeping my current girth stable (7.3 as we speak).

Ill try to write sales support, and see if I can but the vacuum cup and silicone sleeves alone.

1500g max out at 60 minutes, or highest ceiling time of 120 minutes with breaks in between each 30 minutes.

Would like the vacuum cup system, and a rubber band/tension device for even longer use during the day.
Good to have when you run around. Any elongation method is good. What you look for is comforts. Pure comforts.

My target (dream target) is 9x6 inches, but would be happy with around 8 inches length and keeping my current girth stable (7.3 as we speak).
Don't dream. Aim for it. Mine is 9x6.3. I'm already at 6.1 in terms of girth. All I need now is push to 9 from 7.25in. You can do it yourself.

The length master comes with a white bandage that you can use for wrapping. But the silisleeve can be used as an alternative for staying elongated. There are many length master videos I can show you here.

Are you talking about sleeving method maybe? Something like this?

Adding a light layer of wrapping to keep warm, add stiffness to the sleeve for traction, and to protect the glans.
 
Update.
Cant get enough hours clocked in, but still stretching...
Currently at 172 hours.

Next measurement will be at 200hrs.

I have noticed some changes to my cock, that I correlate with growth.
I remember as a teenager, ca 16yo my cock has some "bumps" under the skin.

Now (44yo and stretching) they are back, so I am pretty sure the collagen is changing = cock growing.

My goal is still both length and girth, and i feel like my cock is much bigger when flaccid... Only good for "show" when going thru the dressing room, but still 😄
