Funny Kook, one of my projects right now is making underwear to hold men at their full stretch throughout the day an night. Hey DLD--

I did something a LONG time ago with a basic jock strap. the two straps at the back that go around and loop your package. It's been so long ago I forget now but maybe take a look at a jock strap and how the two straps pull from the back.
