Hiya, new here. i discovered the forum last year but never gave it a try. i wanna get into it now. but the problem is that with this much information in the forum i’m lost.

anyone can please help with simple length + girth routine? that will be very helpful

also, i’m 5.5 length and 4.3 girth, how
much can i expect to gain throughout the next few months?
