Oops haven't had a measurement yet..I really don't want to see temporary gains,but I know is an easy way to see if I'm gaining or not...

You don’t always have to measure post workout many times you can to see that you’re bigger in girth after training. The reason we do this is because it’s so important to see expansion beyond what we normally have or else you’re not gonna make any type of gain. Girth is all about making big temporary gains keeping them around as long as possible until new temporary gains set in. It is a perpetual process and will continue to happen as you continue to train.
