NEW AND SOLID ROUTINE

Darn two days off away from PE got to do it later today fuck not too motivated today:(

do 1000 Kegels and 10 minutes bundled stretched. This will make you feel so much better, I promise you.
 
1000 kegels LOL nah not interested in kegels today LOL,want to Increase my bundled stretching to 30 mins instead of 15 mins LOL
