Never pumped, need help

Hey all, never tried this before but here goes. Im between 8.5 - 9 length normally erect so I figured a half inch of gain was worth trying for. I bought a adult entertainment shop pump and I max it out right away. It has a cone shape at the top and I think its bruising my tip. Also it hurts when my tip clogs the air tube hole, feels like its being ripped down that small hole. How big should I go and who makes a good tube. Welcome to the community, brother. Well, a few things to consider immediately.

Pump:
  • Stop using that pump. That pump is not the correct length size. The cylinder should be at least 2in longer than your erected penis length. This is mainly for air buffer spacing for pressure equalization, and most critically, the prevention of air passage blockage. If you block the air passage at the very top, you'll cause your glans to have a bruise/hicky mark because of the higher pressure load is being applied on the tip of the glans.
  • The side spacing is fine if you're aiming for length, since your penis will be pulled upwards along the length of the cylinder. However, the cylinder has no additional length space.
  • If you're looking for girth expansion, you need to get a cylinder that is 0.5in larger in circumference, or around 0.15in in diameter larger internally (not overall). Good luck in finding a special cylinder that is that precise. 0.25in larger in internal diameter is perfectly fine as well. Why? Because we want a uniform penile expansion and cause minimal hotspots all over the penile shaft. the moment the shaft presses against the wall, the hotspots are suppressed, not fully eliminated, when you use air. With water, the water reduces the hotspots from having odd expansion all over the penile shaft.
Pressure usage:
  • Not sure what pressure you're using at, but you're causing too much pressure to stress your penile skin. Your skin is bruising all over the place. You're going too high on the pressure loads.
  • Make sure to have an accurate gauge, and log down the pressure load. If that bruising is caused by high pressure, log the pressure, and start reducing.
Routine:
  • Stop using pump only. Read up on the 5x5x3 baseline routine. You need both external pressure (to pull more blood in) and internal pressure (to expand the weakened spongiosa). Pumping only will hurt you in the long run. Use both internal and external pressures to influence the expansion for proper growth.

Buy some lubricant don't use shaving cream Walmart has vasoline small bottles around $4 big around $8-9 or Amazon water lubricant is the cheapest one I've seen and bought. Buy a bigger tube I'd get one that's 12in long diameter maybe 2.5 at least what yours is now

Im not sure, wife and I thought maybe an inch more was possible but im filling this tube before I get much stretch. I might be able to hit 11" but I think I need a bigger tube.

It's all depending on the time and region of society. Chinese and Japanese females are getting into the "trimmed and clean" looks, while various parts of the world like it "bushy and wild".

Then, get yourself that bigger tube. So you can reach that length. At your size, if your wife wants one more inch, you should oblige from.
 
How big do they get? The shop is got this from had these and 12". I don't know what i should be looking for. Pic is for scale, I think 10" would max out too cause I dot build pressure maxing 9.5. This is why im here. The tube is have is bruising my tip

I don't want to waste a bunch of money buying stuff that doesn't work. Would rather buy 1 or 2 good products that do the job
 
If you're looking for a bargain shopping, simply do a bit of a search. MoS Shop can be a reference info for your search. You can get alternative products anywhere and everywhere. Not sure about their warranty and support. Here's the starting point for the MityVac set:


Based on your erected 9in length, and your pumping needs at 3in in diameter, which is in reality around 2.85in or maybe 2.90in inner diameter, your cylinder needs is around 12in length and around 3.25in in diameter.

If you click on the Sizing, the cylinders options for you are:
9.25in in length and 3.25in in diameter, which falls far short of the 12in buffer head space you need. @DLD can you confirm if there's a longer length for the larger diameter from the sales department?

Since we may not have the cylinder in stock, I will reroute you to the source that can. LeLuv has a 12in x 3.25in overall (or 3.10in inner) diameter. The next size up is the 12in x 3.5in cylinder.

I used to favor Doc Johson for replacement cylinders as well, but the quality and redesigns dropped in my perspective. However, I rather moved on with either LeLuv or LA Pump cylinders. Either will give you crazy selection on length as well.

The blurry redness, not sure if they are pre-blister since the photo is unclear, is an indicator of over-pressure. Not sure what pressure you're at, but again, you're exceeding the glan's conditioning capacity to handle such as high pressure. Ease back.
 
Thanks for the info, I'll check them out. Doubt its over pressure because I don't actually swell up much. I just hit the top and if I try anymore I suck into the air hole. I could send you a video if that would help you figure out what would help me. It's about 5 pumps and im stuck at the end. Ill get a bigger tube but I don't want to get that bulge of foreskin I see some members get. I would prefer to remain natural looking

Thanks oldnlively, they offer a 2.5 x 12. I wouldn't mind getting thicker. Should I go for the 2.75 x 12? I don't want so much air space that it makes me look bubbled up

The shaving cream was for a size reference, I wouldn't lube with it lol.

Properly measure that inner diameter first. You indicated it's a 3in diameter in the first post. So if it's only a 2.5in inner diameter, go with 12in length, which is a must, and 2.75in for girth building. If you don't want girth building and aim for length pumping, then 2.5in or even 2.65 is preferred.

If you're talking about having edema during pumping, using slow squash jelq will ease or eliminate the problem. Most of us use jelqs to remove fluid from the upper fascias (skin layer) because of pumping. The trick is not to be doing pumping for too long. Combine the pumping with jelqing with a strategic approach. The more you're in the cylinder under the pressure, the higher the edema. Each pumping set is around 3 to 5 minutes for high pressures. Low pressure around -6inHg to around -7.5inHg, you can go up to around 10 minutes. Total pumping time shouldn't go past 20 minutes for you at this moment in time. Again, combine the short pumping, longer jelqing routine to optimize the internal expansion.

That is definitely a cylinder's cupping pressure, where all the pumping pressure is focused on the glans and not the rest of the penis. Very common when the penis can't stretch. This is why you need a larger buffer space at the top of the cylinder to prevent this.

That's interesting. I always thought Japanese girls in particular favored a big bush! Fashion, huh?
