So my new routine is
5 min tunica routine
Behind the cheek stretches 1;30 each eay
Mandingo stretch 1:30 left right
Dld blasters
20 min hanging
Than finish with expressive and erect
Should i do that or just do
5 min tunica
1:30 behind the cheek each way
And 60 min of hanging
And finish with expressive or erect
I could use any input or advice or extra stretches.
