Letting you all take a look at my very short but intense routine.
I basically do it throughout the entire day.
Randomly throughout the day I hang a 20lb kettle bell for roughly a minute. I do this not only for length gains, but I do it before my stretches to wear down my perineum.
I do this probably about 5 times in a given day.
After the first set of that, and in between, after all the sets, I do DLD's Sock Stretch. Hold for 15 seconds each time.
I do that about 3-5 times a day aswell. After each of those stretches I stretch out in every direction for elasticity.
That's pretty much what I do every day. Hows it sound to you guys?
