Todays workout:

10min x 3sets of hanging 10lbs

Used 10lbs today and felt fine but could not hang more then 10mins at a time.

DLD i re-measured and have gained only bpfsl,the other stats are the same?

That’s excellent news my brother that’s exactly what you should see and that is a future peek into your new erect size. No sad faces! You’re right on track.

you should hang less weight if you cannot hang 10 pounds for 20 mins remember to decrease weight after every set this is not a weight lifting competition get the more weight thinking out of your head your struggling because your going up in weight to fast this takes months to years to work take your time

So i should start with 10lbs for 10min then decrease the weight and keep hanging 10 more min?
 
you really should be getting 20 mins sets in go back down in weight if you cannot hang 10 pounds for 20 mins on the 1st set going up in weight before you are ready is a big no, no only you can be the judge when its time for you to move up in weight but only a few pounds at a time and not weekly either give it time to work I was like you wanting to add more and more weight and after 9 months i was at 33 pounds that was way to fast an increase if after 1 solid year you should be hanging no more than 20 pounds.you were hanging 4x 20 min sets with 7 pounds then down to 3x 10 mins with 10 pounds more time under tension equals more length if youre only doing 30 mins you might as well be doing a manual routine

did you gain height in flaccid state ?

Then don’t usually take a flaccid measurement because it varies so many ways. I could have 8 inches of flaccid penis one day and have 3 inches the next because of the cold, depression, anxiety and then the other factors that make the penis turtle. So I would not worry too much about that measurement is it fluctuates all over the place especially if you gain and lose weight.
 
Only in bone pressed,but like dld said it has big fluctuation.

It’s all over the place LOL one day or a long day and the next day or short, fuck, there’s no consistency whatsoever LOL
