My physician did say length was unlikely. My girth is pathetic so I'm just hoping for an improvement in that. Also, I'm hoping that the P-shot will give my penis some rejuvenation
h yes rejuvenation it does for sure. It helps grow new blood vessels improving blood flow
I think I have read before that it does help with girth. Nevertheless, I think if you combine the shot with proper exercise, you can amplify all the benefits from it.
I have the P-shot in my list of useful procedures to stack with others for growth.

Had my P-shot yesterday. He rubbed some numbing cream on penis then took 60ccs of blood. He centrifuged the blood and ended up with 25ccs of platelet-rich plasma. He centrifuged the plasma and ended up with 10ccs of double centrifuged plasma (I have no idea why). He shot the 10ccs into five different areas. The shots were painful (6 out 10), but maybe I'm a whimp Honestly, so far I haven't noticed anything. I have very minute bruising at two of the injection sites. My penis is slightly swollen but nothing noticeable. I've been instructed to use a pump twice a day for 10 minutes. My starting measurement were a tick over 7 inches in length and 4.5 inches in girth. I'll measure again in a week and see if there's any change.

Thank you for sharing!! I have a question: Those injections he did to inject the PRP, were intracavernosal or subcutaneous?
Now my advise: Please DO NOT just pump twice a day lol. Implement a FULL MOS routine for length that includes pumping, stretching, devices, etc...
Of course you wont see anything the next day. The injections by itself do very little. Is like a bodybuilder injecting steroids without diet and exercise. You will gain water retention that will go out, but no muscle. This is the same. All those platelets are activating co factors for repair. They are ready waiting for when the tissues are damaged to make them grow back bigger and stronger.
Thats why I believe that P-shots would be greatly better after a shockwave session. With added proteins, hormones and peptides growth could potentially be achieved. But all this is so expensive...If I had the money I would mount a classified undisclosed top secret penile dungeon under ground with all the infrastructure and equipment to make this dude grow like if it was a marihuana tree. I would even sleep there connected to needles and tubes.
Thanks for the advice. The doctor said don't do any stretching for 4 weeks. When I asked him why, he said, "Just to be safe." I'm with you, though, I'm staying with my SRT routine. The shots were intracavernosal.

It's been a month, which I think should be enough time to form an opinion. My measurement tonight was 7.25 and 4.75. This represents a .25 in both length and girth. Note, that I was doing SRT, which includes a pumping program, so I'm not sure how much of the gains are related to SRT or the P-Shot. I think all of my lengths gains were from SRT, but I give the P-Shot some credit for my girth gains. One benefit of the P-Shot was an increase in EQ. I've been lucky enough to never have EQ problems, but now, my penis can get an erection just rolling on my Silisleeve. Sometimes I have to wait for my penis to deflate before I can finish my stretching program. Also, my penis does seem to hang better, but I'll see how well it does under pressure as I'm going to a nude LifeStyle resort called Desire in Cancun this weekend. LOL. Overall, I'm glad I did it because I've been thinking about it for so long.

Now on the other hand, if you're experienced in PE and have a hard time unlocking new growth like me, and after the P shot you get this 0.25" growth, then that is mostly from the P shot.
